Bought one and it was exactly what I ordered. Ordered a second and it had a huge deep scratch on the lever and is extremely hard to lock or unlock. Hoping it was just a fluk since I’d need to order 3 or 4 more.Easy install and it looks great. Solid feel when it opens and latches closed. I would buy it again.Pretty straight forward to install. Had to modify some of the drill holes in my doors for it to fit properly but the handles themselves are very sturdy and I'm a big fan of the finish. All the hardware was solid and none of screws broke so that's always a plus.Arrived very quickly! Great product, nice finished.Didn't even need the manual, however please do still look at it lol. But very easy to install 10/10.The paint is very cheap. It will chip or rub off as spray paint does. If I could go back I would have spent the extra $ on a Kwikset or Schlage.Installs easily and looks really nice!Hear me when I say swapping out your silver door knobs for black ones is a decor game changer! They look so good against a white door.Es una muy buena chapa, con muy buenos acabados y de buena calidad, su cuerpo se ve muy resistente y a buen precio me encantó =^.^=Me gustó la manija, solo que por accidente alguien dejó el seguro puesto y cerró la puerta. No se puede abrir desde afuera porque no tiene llave, el alambre curvo que se incluye en la caja supuse que es para abrir pero intento abrir pero no se puede. ¿ En esos casos cómo se puede abrir ?Muy estético, funciona muy bien.El producto es de mi agrado completamente, pero por desgracia no esta bien terminado en cuestion de la pintura!!!!
